Where permitted, we may also receive information from property developers, referral partners or service providers involved in an enquiry.

How we use information

We use personal information to respond to enquiries, verify requirements, arrange consultations, recommend properties, manage customer relationships, provide requested updates, measure campaign and service performance, improve our website, prevent misuse, maintain records and comply with legal obligations.

We may contact you about the enquiry or property interests you submitted. You may ask us to stop marketing communications at any time.

Advertising and measurement

We may use Meta Pixel, Meta Conversions API and similar technologies to understand whether advertising leads to enquiries and qualified customer outcomes. Where configured, contact identifiers such as email addresses or telephone numbers may be normalized, hashed and transmitted to Meta for matching, measurement, audience management and advertising optimization. Hashing does not prevent Meta from processing matched information under its own privacy terms.

We do not send passport copies, banking records or detailed financial documents to Meta for advertising measurement.

Sharing and service providers

We do not sell personal information. We may share only the information reasonably necessary with service providers that support hosting, communications, analytics, advertising, customer-relationship management and data security, including Revora Lab and Meta. We may also share information with a property developer or transaction professional when you request a property enquiry or when it is necessary to progress a transaction.

Cookies and choices

Our website may use cookies and similar technologies for essential functions, analytics and advertising measurement. Optional measurement loads only after you accept it. Declining does not prevent you from browsing or submitting an enquiry.
